Cancellations

No Shows
Clients who arrive over 20 minutes late and do not contact us letting us know may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment.

Tipping
Customary gratuity guidelines are 15-25% of the original cost of a procedure. These can be given in cash or charged to a credit card and are very much appreciated.
